The hotel itself is nice and clean. The issues with this hotel is as follows:
1. Communication to the front desk: No one answers the phone. You talk to a AI and it sends you a link to text your concerns. Most of the concerns did NOT get answered. They are low in staff, so I saw, when I went to the front, why no one never picked up the phone. I tried calling before I even got in town, and no one answered -- which should have been a red flag to register somewhere else.
2. No phone at the Valet. You have to go down and then ask for your car, and wait until they bring it. Valet, by the way, is $68 per day!!!! However, the workers in valet were very nice.
3. The restaurant in the hotel was horrible. Food wasn't good. No kid friendly choices. Meals were over $75 each. Not a lot of choices. The coffee shop was pretty good.
4. The pool. The pool is deceiving on the website. It is only for kids, unless you like swimming in 3 feet pool with children. I was so disappointed. A bar in the pool area not not my favorite either, but to each it's own.
5. The towels and sheets are very dingy. They really need to find a solution for that because it looks like you are sleeping on dirty sheets and drying with dirty towels. I called/texted room service, but no response.
6. The area is ok, if you want to walk everywhere because if you want better food choices, etc., you can walk near by. Very close to Boardwalk.
7. I picked this hotel for my conference location, which was directly across the street. The room itself was clean and nice, but I will book a better, more convenient with food choices, restaurants, next time, because when I go to conferences and on vacations, I like convenience of everything being right there. My view in my room was very nice.Show More
