It was raining, the garage arm bar wasn't working, and neither was the call button. I don't really think it's fair to have to pay for parking, but we saw reviews before arriving and were prepared. There weren't any carts available, but we were only staying one night so we made it work. I don't love that the elevators in the parking garage don't work 24/7. The sign said they closed at 9 or 11 pm I believe. I did not test this as we used Lyft to get around town for the night. So, we started a little rocky. HOWEVER. The room was very clean, which is one of the most important things. The shower had a towel rack inside so that was nice. The complimentary hot breakfast was amazing, and the staff was all friendly. The gym was decent and overall, everything else was a complete joy. It was in a quieter part of town with some construction, but not on the weekend while we were there, so I can't comment to any noise. I felt relatively safe outside alone after dark, but please ladies always stay vigilant (in ALL of Nashville). We will definitely be back.Show More

The Hyatt Place in Nashville is amazing! We arrived very early and opted to pay the extra $50 for the before-12 check-in. Definitely worth it when your flight arrives at 10 am. Definitely worth it when your flight arrives at 10 am. The Hyatt Place is two blocks away from Broadway and all the action. The Diner one block away has 6 floors, and the food was good. The Skull speakeasy restaurant was delicious. The hotel was clean, friendly, and convenient. The hotel is within walking distance to all great bars in Nashville...Jelly Roll, Nudies, and the Johnny Cash museum are literally on the next block. The Hyatt Pace does not offer complimentary breakfast, but it is worth the fee. The room was efficient and comfortable.Show More

Able to check in early! But had to agree to take Queen Room which was ok. Shower Door did not close but it was fixed. Pool water was way to cold! Can’t Hyatt afford one? Paying over $1000 for 3 Nights is way to much for this Hotel.Show More
