He has a natural ability to lead by example, and it shows in the way his entire team operates—efficient, respectful, and always going above and beyond for guests. I want to especially recognize Prosper, who consistently delivered service with a smile and a sense of pride in his work. Prosper was quick, attentive, and truly made me feel like a valued guest each time I interacted with him. He represents the very best of what hospitality should be. The lobby is small and has a well-stocked sundry shop, which is appreciated. Since my room was waiting for inspection, I started at the pool, which was a fun time on a Saturday afternoon. It's a great pool, though small with not quite enough seating. Bartenders were friendly and the DJ was good. Frozen drinks were tasty. Pool was clean enough that I'd get in it, but could've used a vacuum and a skim, plus stronger filters. Seems they need better and more frequent pool maintenance. I received a text notifying me that my room was ready. The suite was very nice. Great kitchen and table area, plus a huge living area. Bed was incredibly comfy. Bathroom was lovely. However, on closer review, the room should not have passed inspection. There were short black hairs all over the shower and on one of the bath mats. Tub could've been cleaner (obviously, I cleaned it before use). Wish the shower was when you walk into the shower, instead of being under the shower head. I appreciated the Nespresso machine and pods. Those were much needed. Despite cleanliness issues, I'd return, in hopes they were improved. I had a great room and a comfortable stay.Show More

I emailed the property ahead of time to tell them we would be celebrating our youngest kiddo’s birthday while in town, and they blew us away with birthday decorations, balloons, and multiple gift bags filled with snacks and treats for the birthday boy. Aside from that fun surprise, the location of the hotel was fabulous and within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go (Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame, the Gulch, Pinewood Social). The staff were all so kind and welcoming. The hotel was overall very clean, and our room was updated and in excellent condition. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay and would certainly recommend it!Show More
