Everything ! They have their own parking garage. We had a small U-Haul pull behind trailer and they had us park in a larger parking area near the door where valet stayed 24/7. We had a small U-Haul pull behind trailer and they had us park in a larger parking area near the door where valet stayed 24/7. The young man at valet was very nice and quick to help. The two ladies that checked us in were so pleasant and complimented us and made us feel nice, safe, and were very helpful. The gentleman at the bar took our order for food as we did not want to drive to eat with a trailer attached. He even stated that the food was very good there and we would love it. We saw several amazing dishes served to others and ours did not disappoint either. Fast and yummy food service. Their lobby alone was nice to “hang out “ in with coffee, tea (my fav), infused water (hubby’s fav) area that was set up very nicely. Our room was clean, spacious and we loved our walk-in glass door shower. Checking out was a breeze and our deposit was noted to be returned fairly quickly which was a nice surprise. (($100 minus the parking fee $25) We happily paid the parking fee for the comfort of the garage and security aspect of it. We stayed at several hotels during this trip and this was our top #1 favorite. Thank you to all the staff for their hard work- a very clean room- security- food- all of it! We will be more than happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel !Show More

Our room had a cigar scent that bothered me. There was an error on our bill, but everything was resolved by Oretha before we checked-out. Breakfast was surprisingly good! Kudos to the chef & staff. The music at the bar and in the lobby is soft enough that you can still have a lovely conversation. - Be aware there is a parking fee separate from your room charge. - You have to walk through the parking garage opening to get to the pet area & the lighting back there isn’t good. But you also can walk them out front. - The parking garage is tight. A full-sized pick-up or older classic car won't be able to get in there and there is no way to get a trailer in there so don’t even try.Show More

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. First of all, the customer service was absolutely awful. The first clerk, ORETHA, was RUDE, and lacked knowledge! The first clerk, ORETHA, was RUDE, and lacked knowledge! I'm all for giving people grace but her attitude and the way she spoke to me was unacceptable. I also encountered two other African American females who were also rude and unhelpful. To top it off, the garage is an accident waiting to happen not to mention you have to PAY TO PARK! And to make matters worse, the heat in our room didn't work, the sink in the bathroom was broken and wouldn't drain(had to call maintenance) thankfully we only stayed one night, otherwise I would have gone somewhere else. I will not ever stay here again and would not recommend for anyone.Show More
