Sarah was absolutely hilarious, and the venue made the night unforgettable. For our stay, we chose Holston House Nashville, and it quickly proved to be the perfect choice. We arrived a few hours early for our 4 PM check-in, and while our room wasn’t ready, Novi at the front desk turned what could have been a small inconvenience into one of the best parts of our trip. She greeted us warmly, checked our bags, and suggested great lunch spots nearby. After lunch, Novi surprised us with a complimentary upgrade—a thoughtful gesture we truly appreciated. Her positive attitude set the tone for the entire stay. Throughout the week, every staff member we encountered was respectful, helpful, and professional, making us feel welcome at every turn. The next day, we toured the Country Music Hall of Fame. It rained ALL day, but that didn’t dampen our spirits. That evening, we enjoyed a burger at the hotel bar, where the staff was absolutely super—friendly, attentive, and a pleasure to interact with. One fun twist: when we booked the concert back in January 2025, we neglected to check nearby happenings. It turned out the CMA Awards were the very same night as Sarah Millican’s show! Despite the big event in town, we had zero issues during our trip, which speaks volumes about the hotel’s location and the staff’s professionalism. From Novi’s kindness to the excellent bar staff and the overall welcoming atmosphere, Holston House Nashville made our midweek getaway truly memorable. Holston House is not a four star hotel, closer to three. We stayed in a premium king bed room that was surprisingly small, no desk, no robes, slippers or shower caps, and a tiny closet. We stayed in a premium king bed room that was surprisingly small, no desk, no robes, slippers or shower caps, and a tiny closet. There is no nice dining restaurant, only a bar that serves bar food and a small diner that serves breakfast and lunch. However, all the employees are very nice and the service was great. With taxes (high in Nashville), it cost us $595 per night. The location is near all the action on Broadway but the walk back to the hotel is up a fairly steep hill for about 1/4 mile. Going to the great bars is very nice but coming home after a night of cocktails is tough! Next time we will stay at the Hilton near the Bridgestone Arena which is a much better location and much nicer for the same price!Show More

Upon first arrival the reception seemed small and in need of a refresh. Once in our room it became evident that the hotel is spotlessly clean, spacious and well maintained. The room was excellent and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was large, the shower was excellent and the toiletries were of a good quality. We had drinks at the hotel bar on a number of occasions and found the staff super friendly and helpful with tips and advice for our stay in Nashville. All in all an excellent stay and we would be happy to stay here again. Happy to recommend.Show More

The hotel is in a prime location right around the corner from Broadway and everything downtown Nashville has to offer. The hotel is has a chic 1920's vibe and includes a great bar area with live music at night. There is also a fantastic restaurant for brunch attached to the hotel with great service and a delicious menu. The entire hotel staff was very welcoming and attentive to our needs, starting with Valet and the front desk staff. Can't wait to stay here again!
