Very clean. All the amenities you need, including coffee shop and room service. No notes. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay again, especially on my own dime, due to the parking setup. Valet only is all they offer, at $72 a day (!!) Highway robbery, if you ask me. I see they are saying in responses to reviews, that it is market rate at that cost, but other nice downtown Nash hotels I have stayed at in recent months offer self parking for $40-$50/day (still too much in my opinion but it’s the world we’re living in now of crazy pricing!) Preference wise, I don’t want anyone in my car, and would rather do my own thing vs relying on others to come and go as needed. So I don’t even like valet parking. AND for that high price, the first morning I needed my car took forever and they said when I got outside they didn’t notice my request via the required link from 15 minutes ago? So I was nearly late to a meeting. I just don’t like this system, which is too bad because it is a nice property!Show More

My only thing that I would suggest is there need to be more days of the class. Because the class got popular on TikTok, it filled very quick and the class is booked every Monday till the end of March. Also, I know there are enough tickets for eight people, but three people did not show up yesterday. That would’ve been wrong for other people for a sold out RSVP event. I will be posting content on the class myself because I did enjoy it. So due to the high demand, I think an additional day of the classes would be beneficial. It would also drive in more customers. I did go to the café after the class and try the lavender Matcha and it was delicious. I will be back to get that again.Show More

A pool to relax in! The rooms are spacious & a good standard, the Lobby is on the 5th floor. All staff were friendly & helpful. There access to a cafe on the ground floor. This is an excellent hotel in a perfect location for a honky tonk time in Nashville.Show More
