The Noelle is touted as one of the best hotels in Nashville. Yes, it is trendy, has a vintage vibe and is in a great location; central to the downtown restaurants and bars. They do have a cool lobby b...The Noelle is touted as one of the best hotels in Nashville. Yes, it is trendy, has a vintage vibe and is in a great location; central to the downtown restaurants and bars. They do have a cool lobby bar with live music on the weekends. Sadly the rest is downhill from there. The front desk could not find our reservation, which was a long process, and they failed to mention they would be fire alarm testing, so one morning we were woken up to the alarms and rushed downstairs only to find out it was only a test. The elevators are tiny, so only a few guests with suitcases could fit, resulting in wait times to get to the upper floors or rooftop. The rooms are pretty basic, have limited storage space (no closet, only an armoire) with paper thin walls- we could hear every noise and conversation in the hallway throughout the night. We called the front desk several times for various requests and it took forever for them to answer. Once they just completely forgot our request for toilet paper; which should always be stocked with extra rolls. We did not receive any housekeeping service on our 2nd day and had to call (again with the extended delay to even connect with someone) to request service. The front doormen/valet staff never opened doors for us, which is a minor inconvenience but at an alleged 5 star hotel, this type of courtesy should be standard. We requested a late checkout (being AMEX platinum members with an extended 4pm check out benefit), and they hesitated and only gave us an extra hour. Staff did not seem to be attentive or provide the quality service that a "luxury" hotel should provide. VERY disappointed and would recommend staying somewhere else for the rates they charge. Shout out to Dennis the bartender who was actually great and made fantastic drinks.Show More

From the initial communication with Cicely Barker, the event manager, I knew I would be in good hands for my big day! Cicely, Jillian (coordinator), and the entire Noelle staff were incredible to work with especially for this nervous bride. Words truly cannot describe how much the team ensured that we had a special day. The room accommodations, food, hotels' generosity, and the friendly atmosphere all came together to make our time celebrating absolutely priceless. All of my guests were raving about the hotel, the food, and the surrounding activities. The Saidee Gallery is a beautiful venue, the Trade room's emerald columns, and the overall beauty of Noelle is one to behold. To have excellent staff on top of all of the Noelle's beauty made the day one to remember. If you are thinking about having a wedding in Nashville, definitely check out the Noelle, you'll be glad you did!Show More

This hotel was recommended by friends though I may need to revisit our relationship. There are many things to like about the Noelle including the quiet location, the beautiful lobby and dining spots and a kind though oftentimes clueless staff. But our room (#802, a studio King) is small and a bit depressing with a small window, ineffective blackout shades, an old and sagging bed and very little space around the bathroom sink. Add to that the road noise at night, the construction noise during the day and the frustration of old and small elevators. For $600 a night I expect some level of comfort and relaxation yet find myself tensing up as soon as I walk into the small room. I have a reservation for two more nights this weekend but am going to reach out to the Hermitage instead.Show More

There were lots of ways to splurge at the hotel - without going out if I wanted to do that. There were 3 bars - each a different vibe. And an excellent coffee shop. Lots of windows at coffee shop to just people watch. I was worried about parking since we rented a car but the valet staff took great care of us during our entire 8-day stay. We are recommending Noelle to anyone who is visiting Nashville-you won’t be disappointed.Show More
