As a frequent traveler who chooses high-end luxury hotels, I selected Faena with high expectations. Unfortunately, my stay fell significantly short of the standards your property is known for, and I am requesting appropriate compensation or a partial refund for the inconveniences caused. Below is a clear summary of the problems encountered: 1. Spa Facilities – November 21 at 6:00 PM No towels available in the spa area. 4–5 bathrobes lying on the floor inside the Hammam. Overall appearance of the spa was unclean and not maintained to luxury-hotel standards. 2. Missing Turn-Down Service Despite informing the front desk when leaving the hotel that we wanted turn-down service, it was not provided. 3. Restaurant Reservation Issue (Mila Restaurant) Although I made a reservation at 4:00 PM, I was only informed 30 minutes before the scheduled time that the restaurant was fully booked. This last-minute cancellation was unacceptable and caused unnecessary inconvenience. 4. Disturbances and Maintenance Issues November 21: Window cleaning was performed. November 22 at 10:12 AM: Workers asked us to go inside the room because they needed to paint the balcony. Interruptions like these should never occur without advance communication. 5. Room Cleaning Delay – November 22 Housekeeping did not clean the room until 1:00 PM, despite the “Make My Room” green light being switched on for several hours.Show More
