I still have yet to be emailed a receipt Rooms - Seemed like one that needs attention, there was no phone, no trash cans, mini bar was basically empty. Looked at my credit card and was charged for items I never saw. Only plus was when I called it’s was immediately taken care of. The gentleman that answered stated he forgot to place notes in the system which now has me thinking It might have been a roomed that was previously trashed clean and they just threw me in it. Since I knew my time in there would be slim to none I didn’t ask to change. I wish since charged resort fees the hotel had chairs at the beach they only provided towels. Luckily the majority of my friends stayed at other hotels that offered beach chairs. The pool to me wasn’t worth it, it’s not as beautiful as the pictures not inviting at all. 3 stars is basically the location and the fact the mini bar charges were immediately removedShow More

We walked to restaurants, the beach and followed the path to watch the cruise ships leave port. The front desk staff were so friendly and the pool was clean and warm. Our room faced the courtyard but we could hardly hear the music at night and weren’t bothered by it. One suggestion would be to have coffee in the Lobby or the rooms (other than mini bar coffee $) since the restaurant isn’t open in the morning. Overall we enjoyed our stay!Show More

And this was the room they moved me to because the tv didn’t work in the first room. The staff was nice, helpful and very professional. The location was top tier. The only thing I would change is the actual hotel.Show More
