Without a doubt, this is the most elegant, the classiest and most refined hotel in all of Miami. It is exclusive, it is super expensive and it is exquisite. The property doesn’t boast timeless elega...Without a doubt, this is the most elegant, the classiest and most refined hotel in all of Miami. It is exclusive, it is super expensive and it is exquisite. The property doesn’t boast timeless elegance, it exudes it. The refinement doesn’t feel manufactured. It feels natural and intrinsic. The walls and the pillars speak to you and tell you about the history of the building and the property at large. My gushing above extends to the staff, the food, the bar and all the amenities of this hotel. The Michelin starred restaurant Thomas Keller is a little disappointing (see separate review). Otherwise, out of the many four seasons hotels, this one stands out as among the best of the best.Show More

Live music lovely and staff very attentive. I think I expected too much of the food bc of the ratings of this place. But my palet left disappointed. The fresh bread and butter delish as is complimentary crudite. The Fois Grois appetizer was $48, small and not as good as many we have had. Cherries didn’t really pair well with it. The candied bacon tasted more like baked ham, two tiny pieces for $22. The Beef Wellington is a nice presentation, again lacking flavor and $160 for 2 people. Rib eye was delish, but $120 for small trimmed piece. The fettuccine Alfredo with truffle was ok. New York cheesecake was tiny and not true NY style and consistency. For $700 for 3 with no alcohol left thinking it was not worth the $. Sorry to all of you Keller devotees.Show More

For 3 people it was nearly $200 for breakfast and the breakfast was truly mediocre. I could try to justify it if it was really wonderful but it was not. It is SUPER pricey and I don't mind spending the money which I do often but I need to feel like I am getting what I paid for.Show More

Service on point pre stay, stay and post stay and exceeded all of our expectations. The area is not the cheapest area to frequent, and we were taken aback from some of the ridiculous pricing. However if you buy a ticket..... The main dining room area and bar is simply breathtaking with a wonderful service team. Simply exquisite!!!Show More
