We had just landed from Texas to find out that Priceline left us without a place to stay for th...Katherine at the front desk went above and beyond to help us out and making sure we had a place to stay. We had just landed from Texas to find out that Priceline left us without a place to stay for the night after cancelling our 4 night stay without any notification of the cancellation. Katherine helped us, we spent 2 hours on and off the phone with Priceline after them hanging up on us twice, until I finally asked to speak with a manager at Priceline. Katherine jumped on the call to explain to them that they never received the reservation in there system. They told me they would refund us our money and give us 20% for the inconvenience (which we never received). Katherine and her team helped us book the 4 nights through Hilton directly. The whole staff made the rest of our stay great. We would for sure go back and stay here again the location was great for adventuring all over San Diego. Within our group we booked 3 rooms and all 3 rooms were great and the staff was amazing. Thank you to Katherine especially.Show More

The airport was very busy and every other hotel offered a shuttle service and the Hampton inn is not the cheapest hotel at the airport. They just provide no service, unlike every other hotel. Our room has a terrible smell!!! This place is nasty and expensive. We’ll never stay at this grotesque hotel again. Hilton service absolutely sucks, and they have been going downhill for years. I think they train the employees to be nasty. There are nice airport hotels and this is not one of them. The Hilton motto is “pay more and get less.” There are too many options to deal with Hilton.Show More
