The property was in such an incredible location, easy to access with public transportation and great options for food and drinks near by. For example, the front desk clerk told me "come here" to let me know that my room is ready.. without "please".. something like we are in army or I am her "pet"... or as if I am in a hostel or highway motel! -The air condition in room did not stop although it is automated. Pressing the button "off" does not work. -The location is not the best. Yes it is not far from city center, the river, magnificent mile etc. But the surroundings are not "wow". Also, all of staff said that it is unsafe after night time.Show More

His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly set the tone for our stay. The housekeeping staff were equally amazing three wonderful team members who kept our suite spotless and made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. Their friendliness and pride in their work made a big difference in our experience. Between the stunning lake views, the comfortable suite, and the exceptional staff, this hotel made our getaway unforgettable. We are so grateful for the hospitality and will definitely return.
