I had a great time! The hotel is great, the location is great. Ryan,with Hilton Grand Vacations, hooked us up with great deals to go places in the future. I received discounted Hilton hotels across the USA. So take out the time to talk to him and get extra Hilton points for just talking to him. So whether or not you take advantage of the deals, It was worth talking to him!!
The weather was great and had a great time going to Little Italy, the Gaslamp for the night life, Seaport Village for dining and shopping!!
The hotel had everything I look for in a hotel which is a gym to work out, a bar with good food, and centrally located!

10/10 Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service
Our stay at the Hilton was exceptional! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the view was spectacular. Maryanne’s outstanding service truly made our visit special—she was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. From check-in to departure, she made us feel valued and taken care of. It’s rare to find such dedicated hospitality, and Maryanne truly embodies it. She gave us so many incredible recommendations and tips for future trips. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this Hilton location to anyone looking for top-tier service and comfort.

4/10 Chaotic, disorganized, not a relaxing stay
Uncomfortable bedding (not breathable). Hot when covered , cold without.
Phone was broken so not able to contact front desk, restaurant, our friends in the other room.
Key card wouldn’t work for parking garage entry/re-entry.
Breakfast voucher system is confusing. $25 value but not really - could only choose 1 food item and 1 drink. Then they didn’t even remove the charge and it still showed up and I had to go in person to speak to the manager and the hotel person at checkout.

10/10 Perfect Stay
This hotel is located so perfectly in San Diego, it’s definitely a must stay location when coming to here. I was here for business, but great service all around with the Hotel. Ryan from Hilton Grand Vacations gave me so many tips on where to eat and places to visit during my stay. He provided exceptional customer service, an exemplary example of great hospitality. Rooms were superb clean and overall great experience here

Gary Rachner with HGV was excellent and very friendly with promoting HGV.. service was great, bell guys were awesome and the food was outstanding. Thanks for the great stay. Views were magnificent and restaurants were outstanding. I will definitely be coming back and staying at the Hilton bayfront

I was a little disappointed. I thought the hotel was below what I ve come to expect from Hilton. It was equivalent to Hampton Inn. On the good side spectacular location, beautiful bay view. Bad service at the spa however. My wife was treated very poorly and the nail tech was 30 minutes late

9/10 Overall, we have had a great time.
The room was very specious, clean, smelling really nice and the view was stunning.
It could have larger trash bins though. For the size of the room the trash bin was so tiny. We needed extra trash bags which were supply immediately. So, overall service was very good. Except the bar in the sea level. We loved the service at night in the sea level bar, but in the morning, I didn't find them very pleasant also the tables were not very clean. I would prefer having breakfast somewhere else next time.

The room was very clean. Very happy about that and grateful to all who work hard to keep it clean. The location was another great addition. Customer service at the front desk, restaurant was exceptional. Employees represent the institution they work for. The wonderful customer service at Hilton reflected that. Thank you for your wonderful customer service. It made my stay even more enjoyable! I definitely will come back to this Hilton next time I plan to come to San Diego.

8/10 We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. We will definitely come back.
Location was great. We were able to walk to seaport village, Gaslamp, and balboa theater. We enjoyed the water view from our room. This hotel was beautifully decorated for the season. Got our picture taken with Mrs. Claus and got a visit from Santa while having breakfast in the restaurant.

Don’t stay there. Stayed there for three nights and no one cleaned the room or changed the towels. From desk staff including the manager Andrew were useless and not terrible to interact with. Picketers were at the front and couldn’t sleep for the entire stay. Worst Hilton stay experience so far.
