Location is fabulous. My partner had never been to Miami so he got to experience it from the heart of South Beach at this hotel. The front desk staff was absolutely lovely, helpful and accommodating...Location is fabulous. The pool area was also very nice and never crowded. Very easy to get seats and towels at the pool. It was also nice that they gave us bottles of water for free in our room every day.Show More

It has such a fun, vibrant atmosphere, and you’re close enough to all the action without being right in the middle of the noise. We loved taking the bikes out and cycling along the boardwalk, and the complimentary beach chairs were a great bonus. The pool and lounge beds were lovely too, perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A brilliant spot overall — we really enjoyed it!Show More
