We interacted with three different front desk reps, all of whom were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at noon and they offered to store our luggage while we went out to have lunch. Shortly after they sent us an email letting us know when our room was ready. I found this very convenient. The bellman was also very kind. We enjoyed riding the complimentary bikes along the boardwalk and sunbathing by the little pool. Our room on the seventh floor had a beautiful city view. I loved the location, it’s close to all the fun on Ocean Drive, yet still quite enough for a peaceful night’s sleep.Show More
