From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning décor, the relaxing atmosphere, and the exceptional level of service. Licio at reservations took incredible care of our group. The whole staff at Nobu are warm, attentive, and always ready with great recommendations. Every request was handled with genuine professionalism and friendliness, which made our stay feel truly special. Traveling with a group can be challenging, but the service here made everything seamless. Our rooms were beautiful, spotless, and perfectly designed for comfort. We loved the pools, the beach access, and of course the amazing dining options. It was the perfect place for friends to unwind, celebrate, and enjoy Miami in style. We can’t recommend Nobu Hotel South Beach highly enough. We’ll definitely be coming back 5 stars all the way!Show More

We came to Eden ROC for our honeymoon and on our first night, we had to be moved to a new room after their maintenance team tried on two occasions to fix a leak that was flooding the bathroom floor. T...We came to Eden ROC for our honeymoon and on our first night, we had to be moved to a new room after their maintenance team tried on two occasions to fix a leak that was flooding the bathroom floor. The next day, the maintenance team had to visit our new room because the shower would not drain. They closed the pool and hot tub for three days for maintenance. That would have been nice to know before booking a stay here. It also would have been nice to know; when you check in they charge you $200 per day for services like room service or drinks, and if you don’t use it you get refunded. That was $1000 expense upfront we were not planning for as we had bought an all-inclusive package through Costco for this trip. There is also a $45 day resort fee. The only good thing I can think of is they have very kind staff including Gwendaline, who brought us room service.Show More
