The hotel's location was perfect for us, as we were joining our family to attend the Breeders Cup. The hotel itself was beautiful and had all the amenities we could ask for. The pool, gym, and restaurant were ideal for our needs. I cannot speak highly enough about the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, particularly in the concierge club lounge. We were treated like VIPs and members of the Marriott family. A special thank you goes out to Lyhong and Brett, who made each morning special for us. We can't wait to return!Show More

Plus she makes the best coffee. Great barista. Would visit again to see her. The rooms were great very cosy and house keeping kept it tidy and clean everyday. I have no noise level complaints. When we arrived me noticed a piece of furniture was damaged, it looked to be water logged and the paint was chipping off. I immediately took pictures and went down to the front desk and the agent said he would note my account and we would not be charged for the damaged furniture. I was in fact charged for the damage. I called the hotel several times and they did not call me back. I reached out to Marriott Bonvoy and finally got someone who would help me and was told I would be reimbursed. That was weeks ago, I did not see the credit on my credit card. I then called back and the agent told me I would not be reimbursed. This is completely ridiculous. I have photos of the damage and you can clearly see this is not caused by a dog. We have been loyal Marriott Bonvoy members for years and only stay at Marriotts. I'm so frustrated and disappointed by the way we've been treated my Marriott Bonvoy and this hotel.Show More
