The bed was ...Red Alert: Scam Charges & Horrible Service ⚠️ We stayed only one night at this hotel and were shocked to be charged $500 in “cleaning/damage fees” after checkout. This is a complete scam. The bed was dirty and smelled, and my toddler even got bug bites from sleeping there. We had only brought a small IKEA chalk set, which is easily wiped off with water, I can show the proof of chalk video my kid was playing on bed, yet the hotel falsely claimed “damage” with no proof. When I requested evidence, they could not provide any. On top of that, the service was awful: • Only two water bottles provided for the entire stay. • The in-room phone couldn’t even connect to the lobby. • My toddler got sick from allergies in the room. He was sneezing with runny nose with watery eyes during that night. I don’t bring any medication that day so the night staying at hotel was horrible. We travel often and stay at many hotels, but this is the first time we’ve ever experienced such a scam. Extremely disappointing and dishonest. ❌ Do not trust this hotel. They accused us of smoking in our r...This hotel is running an absolute scam and adding additional unauthorized charges days after your initial bill, our additional and fraudulent charge was over $600! They accused us of smoking in our room, and neither my husband are smokers and / or had anything in our room that would falsely trigger a detector. Coming to this site I see many others have experienced the same thing! We called and have been shuffled around and told to call back. One lady said she would waive half the charges, however we are not accepting that. Luckily we can dispute the charges through our credit card company and they will have to provide both physical, visual, and written proof we were smoking - which they will not be able to provide. Hope no one ever pays with their check card here! If you can avoid staying here, please do so. The couch in the room was dirty and we were too grossed out to sit on it, and when we opened the sliding glass door and attempted to sit on the balcony - the balcony felt like we were sitting on top of the freeway.Show More

I would rank this stay as great though. The room was amazing. Extremely clean and it seems renovated from the last time I was here. Front desk was (as always) fantastic. You pay for parking in an unmonitored lot. It is by the hotel however and I’ve never seen a break in/problem. While there could be some improvements it seems like this hotel has improved. I’m very impressed and would definitely stay here again.Show More
