Honestly, I couldn’t be more happy. I’ve stayed at many places and this was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had in quite awhile. The staff was incredibly friendly as well as helpful with any extra things you asked for, like an early checkin and late checkout. The beds were made everyday and our room was so clean and fresh every time we came back from being out and about. The restaurants were really wonderful to have on hand simply because of the convenience’s they provided us with a toddler. The food was good not anything extraordinary BUT the service was worth it and like I said above the convenience of having it onsite was huge. The only downside is that it’s really pricey if you’re on a strict budget. BUT, I think completely worth the stay because of how amazing and easy they made it for us - literally every step of our trip. I would HIGHLY recommend staying there. PS the pool and hottub are huge and super fun with a toddler and most of the time we had the whole thing to ourselves! PSS I recommend if you’re on a tight budget to get some food in advance, and possibly store in fridge, although it’s small it can be useful. Or at least for beverages because a basic bottle of wine is like $40.Show More

Sheraton Resort San Diego did NOT disappoint! From start to finish bell hop and valet employees Jason, James, Ishmael and their boss were gracious, professional, hard working and met our family and friends needs with smiles, hydration, security, secured e-biking, boating, candle light dinners at their other property restaurants with golf cart rides at no additional costs. This team secured whatever we needed. We stay at the newly renovated towers and walked into our clean room that had a SPECTACULAR view, comfy bed, and did not have any concerns with noise to ensure a good night’s rest. Our housekeeping staff was OUTSTANDING. We appreciate the turn down service, smiles, and positive vibes! We did not call upon them because their housekeeping team did a FANTASTIC job preparing our suite. Our family and friends who attended the events and wedding who had children commandeered Hampton Inn/Marriott Towne Suites/and Homewood Suites. I’m happy to report they all had great experiences and appreciated the care provided by Engaged Resources. We thought the property was nice and the room updates were great. The part that was not great was that the front desk never set up our room key for the parking and didn’t tell us anything about how to...We thought the property was nice and the room updates were great. The part that was not great was that the front desk never set up our room key for the parking and didn’t tell us anything about how to get in and out of our room. So we had to pay $50 EACH time to get out of the lot. Until we finally had payed $100 worth and asked about it. And when we asked they said they couldn’t refund it and the person checking in should have told us. The other thing that I don’t know has to do with their room vents or sliding doors. But we had a room on the 4th floor. And on our first night, we get getting cigarette smell in our room and it was very strong. It’s not great especially traveling with kids. We told the front desk and they said they would send security around since the hotel is a non smoking facility. The second night the smell was worse with a weed smell waking me up and the smell filled our room. They said the only thing they could do was switch our room. Which we took. I had to wake up my kids but I didn’t like the idea of my kids sleeping with that strong odor in our room. They put us to the 9th floor and it was sooo much better. I wish they would have offers that to begin with. It was super inconvenient to move in the middle of the night. I wish they would have upgraded us for the inconvenience. But nope, nothing. Harmony took good care of us by noticing that we had booked double beds, and offered a king room on ...We were attending a conference at the Sheraton San Diego Resort. We self parked, and checked in. Harmony took good care of us by noticing that we had booked double beds, and offered a king room on a high floor with a view of downtown. Pros in the room included a small fridge, and a balcony. The room itself was fine, and the proximity to running walking paths along the water made exercise pleasant and easy. The major downside of the hotel was the food. We are vegan and none of the restaurants are vegan friendly, which surprised us given the location near the airport. None of the menus are marked, and if there is allergy information somewhere on the web we couldn't find it. We thought the little Strada Market could fill in some gaps. Unfortunately, all the fresh foods are pre-pared and with the exception of teeny cups of fruit, all the salads, sandwiches, and bakery items have either meat or cheese in them and cannot be substituted. None of this would matter if the hotel was near other restaurants, but it is not. Downtown or Liberty Station require driving or an Uber. We ended up ordering Grub Hub. We are unlikely to stay there again.Show More
