We arrived at 1pm, and were told our rooms wouldn't be ready until 2:45pm. Which is understandable. We returned at 3:15pm, but our connecting rooms weren't ready, and we were given a temporary room instead. The hotel's communication was lacking, and we were left waiting for updates on our room status. When our rooms were finally ready at 4:45pm, we were told someone would escort us at 5:15pm, but no one showed up until 5:40pm. The connecting doors between our rooms didn't work initially, but the staff resolved the issue promptly. The hotel offered complimentary breakfast for the next day, which was a nice gesture, but the breakfast staff didn't seem to know about it, causing further inconvenience. The idea was there, but the execution wasn't. Anyway, overall, I'm quite disappointed with the hotel's communication and service. Despite the high price, the experience didn't match the 5-star standard. I won't be returning to this hotel.Show More

It is close to a wet market where a variety of fruits and vegetables are available. Additionally, it is just across the street from a large shopping center with a food court. The MTR (subway) station is just a minute's walk away, and with a few more minutes of walking, you can reach the famous Ladies' Street, which offers a wide selection of souvenirs and inexpensive items. I have been staying at this hotel for my business trips and holidays for over 10 years, and I cannot find any other hotels in Hong Kong that offer similar quality at the same price.Show More
