The location is fantastic. It’s literally a 2-minute walk from Tsuen Wan West MTR station, which made getting to Central, Kowloon, Disneyland, and even the airport super convenient via the Tung Chung and Airport Express lines. There are plenty of local restaurants, 7-Eleven, and a big shopping mall (Citywalk) right underneath and across the street. Perfect for both leisure and business travelers.
Room Spacious, Clean & Quiet

I stayed in room 5216 and it was huge by Hong Kong standards. The room felt brand new, very clean, and modern. Large floor-to-ceiling windows with a nice city view, super comfortable king bed, plenty of power sockets (including USB ports), a big working desk, fast and stable Wi-Fi, and a rain shower with great water pressure. Even though the hotel is near the highway, the soundproofing was excellent – I slept like a baby every night.
Staff & Hospitality:
Outstanding!
The staff here are the real highlight. From the moment I checked in, everyone was warm, smiling, and genuinely helpful. Special shout-out to the front desk team who went above and beyond – they helped me with directions, restaurant recommendations, and even printed my boarding pass without hesitation.
A huge thank you also to the amazing team on the 10th floor communal area – Kennis, Sam, Vera, and Phoebe – you all deserve massive praise! Your friendliness, attentiveness, and little touches made every visit to the shared space so enjoyable. Housekeeping was impeccable; my room was spotless every day and they always left extra bottles of water. True Hong Kong hospitality at its best.
Facilities & Value
:
The outdoor pool on the 7th floor is a lovely bonus (heated in cooler months), and the gym is well-equipped. Breakfast at the Café Circles was delicious with a good mix of Western and Asian options. Considering the room size, cleanliness, location, and level of service, the price is an absolute steal compared to similar-standard hotels in Central or Tsim Sha Tsui.
Whether you’re a solo traveler, couple, or family, I can’t recommend this place enough. Will definitely be back on my next trip!
