This is a fabulous hotel with fabulous staff . Lucky enough to stay for two weeks . The breakfasts in the market place a must . Food excellent . We had an opportunity to eat at the seafood night - what an experience . All of the staff were amazing those we saw and all of the back room staff we didn’t . We had a stunning view over the harbour . Rooms spotless and very well appointed . Swimming on the roof top pool as the harbour lights come on is an amazing experience . To the concierge staff Harry , Jonny and the teams. Very helpful and knowledgeable which made it much easier to navigate around Hong Kong and the islands as well as top tips. The reception staff for smooth check in etc . With special thanks also to Eric Chan Duty Manager Would highly recommend this hotel for its location , facilities, food etc but what makes this hotel is its staff .Show More

We had a very spacious room (King) and a great harbour view. Breakfast is of top quality with many, many choices. However, our favourite feature was the pool and Timeless Lounge, where we were able to relax after check out, ahead of a late flight home. It's located next to the gym, and guests can use the showers and changing rooms to freshen up ahead of a long flight. The staff give excellent customer service, nearly always with a smile! A special mention to Hysan who went the extra mile and was extremely helpful, as well as congratulatiing us on our anniversary. Another member of staff called Roy was also great! We would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing stay in Hong Kong.Show More

My 5 night stay was really comfortable & safe. Hotel is situated between 2 MTR stations with great connectivity to attractions & other lines. Many food options nearby as the shops catered to students & were affordable. Although it’s situated near a large expressway, the hotel was really quiet & I was hardly disturbed by my neighbours. The room was huge & clean & comfortable… I had a really nice time exploring HK from this hotel & will definitely recommend it!Show More
