It’s truly a paradise for kids and parents alike. Every corner of the hotel feels thoughtfully designed, and there’s always something new to discover. You can spend hours just exploring and still find delightful surprises everywhere.
From the moment you arrive, the signature Disneyland music and fragrance at the entrance instantly make you feel welcome. The team is right there to assist with your luggage and guide you to the lobby — and that’s when the magic really begins. It feels like you’re stepping into a carnival, with so much happening around you that you don’t know what to look at first!
The check-in staff are warm, efficient, and do their best to make the entire process smooth and pleasant. The grand lobby is beautiful, and the live piano music sets such a soothing mood — you’ll just want to sit and listen for a while. The live band playing from the upper floor is another highlight; combined with the stunning chandelier, it creates a mesmerizing atmosphere. The musicians are full of energy and truly make you feel part of something special.
Even the small details stand out — from Mickey’s cheerful voice in the elevator to the beautiful artwork and paintings lining the corridors. The housekeeping team is prompt, attentive, and ensures a very comfortable stay.
Breakfast at the Enchanted Garden Restaurant was a real treat. The spread is excellent, offering plenty for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The live kitchen adds to the charm, and the Disney characters — like Mickey and Pluto — make the morning unforgettable, especially for kids! My son absolutely loved taking pictures with them. Even the muffins and cakes shaped like Disney characters were adorable.
As a vegetarian, I felt the breakfast could be even better with a few more options — especially adding a South Indian section along with the existing Indian curry. A special thanks to Ali from the breakfast team, who was wonderful and attentive throughout.
Dinner at Walt’s Café was equally enjoyable. The food was delicious, the service prompt, and the team, including the manager, was very courteous. A few more vegetarian options would make it perfect.
The pool and jacuzzi area are very well maintained, and the kids’ slide is a big hit! The garden, maze area, and ocean-facing spots are beautiful — we spent a lovely time there. The daily kids’ activities are engaging and well organized; definitely worth joining in.
The shuttle service between the hotel and Disneyland Park runs every 10–15 minutes and is super convenient. The buses are clean, punctual, and the short ride adds to the experience.
With the 20th anniversary celebrations going on, there were plenty of fun activities throughout the hotel. The souvenir shop is also a must-visit — well-stocked, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The entire Disneyland property is beautifully set amidst hills, and even the approach road feels special. I would highly recommend staying at one of the Disneyland hotels to truly enjoy the park and the magic that comes with it.
Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.
