In this case, my fiances engagement ring. Had it not been for Chris in management, John in the facilities department, Tony at the front desk, and valet for letting me park my car in peak busy hours. Finding that ring would never have happened. There are certainly others that I am leaving out (no less appreciated) but this team takes customer service to a whole new level. Not only searching every inch of our room but going through 4 bins of linens (which is where we ultimately found it, John thank you again). Above all, after finding the ring, I had pleaded with the team that helped search to be able to buy them lunch or something. All refused despite my attempts. Management team at the Boston Marriott in downtown north station, this team went far above their roles and duties. I hope this review helps them all in some way. All...This courtyard Marriott was in a Great Location. First I have to thank Tommy and Tony at the reception desk for all their help. All at the reception area are Very Welcoming as you enter the doors. All the staff throughout the hotel are also friendly and welcoming. We are walkers, so we enjoyed being able to walk to all the historical sights located in the North End of Boston. Then being surrounded by All the Great restaurants, Specialty and pastry shops in this section of town. So many Amazing choices at all different price points. It is located a block away from The TD Garden where the train is located and the subway is around the block. Great for being able to take side trips out of the area without having to drive, sit in traffic and then find parking. I highly recommend this Marriott Courtyard and we will return.Show More

We were greeted by Josh, and since our room wasn't ready yet, he recommended lunch at the Tavern in the Square across the street. After an excellent lunch we returned and he quickly checked us in. During our stay we encountered Josh several other times and he was always friendly and helpful. He was able to arrange for a late checkout so we could rest before boarding our cruise. I took the time to express to his manager our deep appreciation of Josh and gave him our highest recommendation.Show More
