Most of the guests , are there for Medical care , and to confront a non empathetic front desk attendee , is very discouraging. The selection of your employees determines the care they give . Unfortunately this selection process is greatly deficient in some cases The redeeming factor is that you do have some outstanding employees, and for this we were very grateful So please do yourself a great service , and also a service to your guests . Let your employees know that they are privileged to have a job , and they are dealing with guests addressing major health issues , and if they don’t have the elements of a caring nature, and truly want to serve people , then they are in the wrong business Unfortunately this is a trend in our Country , The concept of entitlement has replaced the concept of Gratitude The old standards of Ethical behavior are rapidly disappearing , but we Thank God, that there are a few outstanding people , that still care , and that is the Saving Grace of your EstablishmentShow More

From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. I want to give a special shout-out to Angel, who went above and beyond to help me adjust my booking dates when I had last-minute changes. Their patience and kindness truly made a stressful situation easy to handle. Every single person at the lobby desk was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to guide me, whether it was directions, recommendations, or helping with my luggage. After checking out, they even kept my bags safely so I could continue exploring the city without any worries. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is perfect—safe, convenient, and literally connected to the food court in the same building, which made meals super easy. It’s also in a great area, close to everything you’d need whether you’re visiting the hospitals, attending meetings, or just exploring Boston. Definitely a 5-star experience. Due to a winter storm in our area, we arrived early at the hotel. We were told there would be a $50 charge to check in then, but no mention of the fact we could have checked in at 2:00 with no charge....Due to a winter storm in our area, we arrived early at the hotel. We were told there would be a $50 charge to check in then, but no mention of the fact we could have checked in at 2:00 with no charge. Our medical appointment was at 3:00. We then left our luggage at the desk and when we returned from a long day at the hospital we checked in and found our room. On Tuesday night, we returned from dinner to find that the elevators were not working and so we needed to climb seven flights of stairs to our room. On Wednesday morning, we woke up to only on elevator working. We settled in to our room to watch the Celtics game. Well, we found that the hotel has not renewed the sports package.! Really? Bruins and Celtics - pretty big in Boston! When leaving, we accidentally left our parking pass in our room, but were told at the desk to just show our receipt to the person in the garage. Well, that person was totally not in agreement to doing that. He made it very clear that this was much more work for him! Very happy to be done.Show More

The rooms are clean and well appointed. What really makes this place special though, is the staff. From the cleaners and the restaurant folks, to the front desk personnel, they are all first rate. Affable and friendly and helpful, and aware that most of their guests are worried about family or friends in hospital that are ill. Their sense of sympathy is fabulous. I would be derelict in not thanking Sara at the front desk. Her warmth and help when I needed to stay longer than expected was exceptional.
