Location is nice if you’re going on a cruise, but otherwise it is out-of-the-way. We had to take Ubers to get to restaurants because of the weather. We had to take Ubers to get to restaurants because of the weather. It could be walkable though if you’re able to walk a little bit, we stayed three nights two nights before a cruise in the suite with a kitchen. The dishwasher had some dirty dishes in it when we arrived the refrigerator did not work, but otherwise it was very nice on the way home after the cruise. We spent one night in the regular hotel room and there was a very noisy fan/heater device that was noisy and could not be fixed. Maintenance came and said all the rooms have noisy fans. He was very helpful and brought us a portable fan to help drown out the noise. The lobby is a crowded crazy place people just hang out in there and get Uber eats. The breakfast is packed with people constantly. Please do not get room 1006 if you want to get any sleep because it’s too noisy with the heating air conditioning fan I would say here again if I was going on another cruise, but otherwise I would pick a different place in Boston closer to downtown. The staff was excellent and helpful as much as they could be the gym is very well equiped the floor looks nice but we did not use it. There is no restaurant on site or bar so I’m not sure about the people saying that they like the bartender because there is not one nor is there a restaurant.Show More

The view in my room was a nice waterside view and it was a great view at night when lights were all on in the town. The hotel was a short walk to a lot of shops and places to go in the Seaport area. The staff was all really nice and since I had to get in earlier then expected it was nice they let me Early Check In so I could take a nap on the comfy bed in the room. The room was really clean when I got there and was not loud so I could relax and unwind when I returned to my room to rest. They had a good buffet style breakfast and was reasonably priced for the stay so if I visit Boston and want to stay in the Seaport area I would probably check here first for a room.Show More

Our room was huge with a kitchen area (we only used the fridge & glasses), a sofa, comfortable bed, dressing area & bathroom. Everywhere was spotlessly clean & quiet.
