Very bad experience will not recommend this hotel to anyone travelled more then 20+ countries but never had such bad experience with customer service. Here there policies are more important then custo...Very bad experience will not recommend this hotel to anyone travelled more then 20+ countries but never had such bad experience with customer service. Here there policies are more important then customer, dont ever make mistake to ask for early checkin or arrive before 1 or 2pm they will not treat you like a human. You cant sit on there coach and take a nap because you had 12 hour of flight journey they dont care. If you see 50 people checking out still they will say room is not vacant if you request they will say there housekeeping staff dont come before 10 so no one is there to clean the room. But when you check in next day you will see 8am housekeeping ringing your doorbell for cleaning and if you say clean after someone they will just try to give you new towels collect bin and say done for the day they will not clean the room do the bedding we stayed for 4 night and it was all nightmare rooms are so small you cant even open your suitcase. on first day they gave us handicapped room we complain on second day they gave us smoking room they just claim hotel is smoking free but the room they gave was full of smoke we showed to staff and he also agreed yes there is a smoke smell coming so over all it was a pathetic experience and they made our stay worst. They dont provide water bottles nor dispensers we stayed in other hotels at least they had glass bottle and dispensers on floors but here it is complete money making business. Receptionist are not at all helpful they dont understand english properly. On the day of checkout (we checked out at 9am) while coming out housekeeping lady saw us coming out with bags then we went down i forgot something so i went up again in the span of 10 mins she had cleaned the room and kept it all ready still they claim rooms are not ready very rudeShow More

Hotel room size is good. I can open two 24” luggage’s on the floor at the same time. Bed is comfortable. Although the hotel is located in the light industrial district but it’s quiet. Although the hotel is located in the light industrial district but it’s quiet. We also found there is a local community centre across the street which is about 5 minutes walk. We can play table tennis and exercise every morning. Location is not far from Local mall and have shuttle buses service to MTR and Metroplaza Mall. Taxi fare from airport to hotel is around HKD $230 and the MTR to hotel is less than HKD$40. The shuttle bus staff are very nice in organizing their schedule and always greet us with smiles. Good value for short stay in HK. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. We have no problem to extend our stay in the same room when the super strong typhoon hitting HK.Show More

Very friendly housekeeping staff; they cleaned the room promptly every morning as soon as we left. Great towel service as we always had several extra clean bath towels for use at any point. Comfy bed and nice, plush pillows. Big windows with lots of sunlight in the morning. The room was very quiet at night. My family and I are early sleepers, and I myself am a light sleeper. I did not hear any noise from the street or other guests after 9/930PM. We woke up very well rested every morning.Show More
