We arrived at the hotel early and the front desk was very nice and accommodating. They were able to get us into a room and didn’t even charge us extra like a lot of hotels do these days. They were able to get us into a room and didn’t even charge us extra like a lot of hotels do these days. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. We had a room with two beds and plenty of room for 4 adults. The room had a sliding glass door that full opened with views of O’Farrell Street. We had friends that were staying at a different hotel that stopped by to see us, and they even remarked on how nice our room was. The hotel is right on Union Square very close to a BART station and the Cable Cars; it made getting around the city so easy.show more
