I had an amazing two night stay at Hotel Zoe for Thanksgiving. Starting from the time I walked towards the entrance, the front doormen/valet Ben greeted me and was very kind. Upon walking in I was gre...I had an amazing two night stay at Hotel Zoe for Thanksgiving. Starting from the time I walked towards the entrance, the front doormen/valet Ben greeted me and was very kind. Upon walking in I was greeted by Jose at the front desk who was helpful, personable, and he provided all the pertinent information I need for my stay about the room, breakfast, lounge area, discounts for guests at the nearby restaurants, early check-in, late check-out, etc. The lobby that is directly connected to the lounge area was very cozy, great area to relax during a stay here. The room was very simple but clean. It's nice that there is a refrigerator to keep my drinks cool. I thought my bed was a little firm for my taste but I still had an excellent rest, it was nice and quiet which matters more. The location is perfect, just a 4 minute walk to Boudin Bakery and about a 8 minute walk to Pier 39. There's a Trader Joe's only steps away which is perfect to save a little money and buy drink and even alcohol at. Overall I highly recommend Hotel Zoe. All the staff was great which includes Pescatore but I'll save that for another review.Show More

Ich würde das Hotel nur wegen der Lage nochmal nehmen, zum schlafen reicht es aus.Show More

From the moment we arrived, we were met with warm, professional service. Ben at valet was incredible—friendly, quick, and full of helpful local tips. He made us feel welcome from the first minute and took care of everything with ease and a smile. Most especially, huge shout out to Roy Caspillan (who had also helped us during our previous stay) who once again went above and beyond during the booking process. His attention to detail and genuine care made everything seamless. It’s rare to encounter this level of personalized service twice in a row—and it’s what makes Hotel Zoe feel more like home than just another hotel. Also, a big thank you to the entire staff—every interaction, from check-in to housekeeping, was thoughtful and accommodating. Everyone we met contributed to a relaxed and enjoyable visit.
