I will absolutely be staying here again and again. My room was a great size for London, with a well-designed desk area that made working incredibly comfortable. The amenities were outstanding — delicious coffee, filtered water, unlimited tea, and Biscoff cookies replenished daily. And the bed? Super, super comfortable… easily one of the best hotel beds I’ve slept in. The staff made the experience even better. The front desk team was warm, efficient, and genuinely welcoming during check-in and check-out. They even loaned me two plug adapters since I had forgotten mine — such a thoughtful touch. The cleaning crew was equally impressive: fastidious, friendly, and incredibly accommodating with every request. I also have to call out the bar, which made an amazing sweet Manhattan — perfect after a long workday. And the breakfast was fantastic every single morning. I always felt warmly welcomed when I walked in, and those eggs were absolutely off the charts. Breakfast kept me full and fueled for my packed days in the city. Finally, the location simply can’t be beat — just steps from Aldgate station, making it ideal for both business travel and sightseeing. All in all, this hotel feels like a fantastic home away from home. Whether you’re here for business (as I was) or leisure, you’ll be well taken care of. Connor at reception was really friendly and made me feel welcome straight away, and he took the time to answer all my questions. A few other staff members also helped us with parking and local tips, which made everything much easier, even though I don’t remember all their names. The room itself was clean, spacious and very comfortable. It felt relaxing and peaceful, and it was so nice to be able to sleep in before heading out for the day. I also spent some time in the café and bar area and the service there was just as thoughtful. When my laptop charger didn’t fit the socket, they immediately brought over an extension cable which I really appreciated. The food was lovely too, especially the pumpkin pasta, which was really delicious. In the morning, breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from, so we were able to enjoy a generous and satisfying meal before heading out. Overall, my stay was incredible. Everyone was kind and helpful, and the whole experience felt very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London, and I’d happily stay again.Show More

I adore it for the location, the cleanliness, the new feel, and the unlimited water! As an American, we get water free everywhere, but not in Europe, so this is my favorite part of this hotel. The water is in each hallway and not only is it included but you don’t have to buy a bunch of water bottles and bring them back. No waste! So when we checked in this time, the person who checked us in was thrilled with my excitement for the water and the environmentally friendly factors of the hotel. Chelsea was her name and she was amazingly kind each time we saw her in the week, with endless smiles and remembering us. What struck me was her pride in the brand and what the hotel stands for, so she was no only the sweetest person to us, but cares about her work. She needs all the praise for her great job, leaving us foreigners feeling at home far away.Show More

It is in the neighborhood of White Chapel and has many pubs and restaurants nearby. We took the Underground directly from Heathrow and the Aldgate stop is adjacent to the hotel and a very short walk. Our room was super quiet and the floors have ice/water machines which is not the norm. )Plus AC). The breakfast was very nice with a good selection and a shout out to Rob who was so pleasant with his greetings and help every day. We found the staff very accommodating and always available. Also, bus stops are all around the hotel are easy for travel. The hotel is a very short walk to Tower Bridge and the Uber Pier boat dock. Travel on the Uber boat is a great way to get around and night cruises are gorgeous. So many attractions are within walking distance of the hotel Thanks to the Hilton Canopy for making our 6 night stay a delight.Show More
