Would 100% recommend staying in this hotel. The rooms were fantastic, large, clean, bright, good view. there were 4 adults in this room and it was perfect for us. I emailed in advance looking for some recommendations on getting to Bath and also restaurants in the area and they were so helpful and emailed me lists of options- excellent!! There was one lady in the breakfast area (I didn't catch her name) was at the main desk was so friendly and sat us somewhere suitable for one of our older family members. its a huge hotel with a small family run feel to it!! well done all we will definitely return again!!Show More
