Everything was spotlessly clean, and we were delighted to receive an upgrade on arrival. Our room was spacious and beautifully presented, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The pillows were perfect — a pleasant surprise, as hotel pillows are often an issue for me. The location is excellent, less than an 8-minute walk from Westminster Bridge, with plenty of great places nearby for business meetings, casual catch-ups, or meeting friends at any time of the day. Everything we needed was within walking distance, which made our stay incredibly convenient. The team was consistently attentive, friendly, and professional, and the swimming pool and sauna were a fantastic bonus after long days out. Overall, an outstanding experience. We felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for. Highly recommended.Show More
