샌프란시스코 여행 중 피셔맨스워프 카자 호텔에서 머물렀는데, 전체적으로 기대 이상으로 만족스러운 경험이었다. 위치·청결·직원 서비스까지 전반적으로 균형이 잘 잡힌 느낌이라 여행자들에게 편안한 베이스캠프가 되어주는 호텔이라고 말할 수 있다.

우선 위치가 정말 압도적이다. 피셔맨스워프 한가운데라 주변 관광지를 도보로 이동하기에 너무 편했고, 필요한 편의시설이나 맛집도 주변에 전부 밀집되어 있다. 피어39, 크랩요리 맛집, 케이블카 탑승장, 기어델리 스퀘어까지 걸어서 이동할 수 있어 일정 소화가 훨씬 수월했다. 밤에도 주변 분위기가 밝고 사람이 많아서 이동하면서 부담이 적었던 점도 좋았다.
객실 컨디션도 꽤 만족스러웠다. 체크인했을 때 방이 깔끔하게 정돈되어 있었고, 침구류는 포근하고 냄새 없이 깨끗했다. 방 크기는 샌프란 호텔 특유의 좁은 느낌이 조금 있지만, 적절히 구성된 가구와 배치 덕분에 답답하다는 인상은 없었다. 특히 욕실 수압과 온도 유지가 안정적이어서 샤워할 때 편했다. 조용한 편이라 밤에 숙면을 취하기도 좋았다.
직원 서비스 역시 인상적이었다. 프런트 직원들이 친절하고 응대가 빠른 편이라 질문이나 요청 사항을 전달할 때 부담이 없었다. 체크인 과정도 매끄러웠고, 필요한 정보들을 잘 안내해줘서 여행 첫날부터 안정적인 느낌을 받을 수 있었다.
호텔 전반의 청결과 관리 상태도 좋았다. 복도나 공용 공간에서 불쾌한 냄새 하나 없었고, 객실 하우스키핑도 세심했다. 객실 내 커피 머신, 냉장고, 금고 등 기본적인 편의시설도 모두 잘 갖춰져 있었다.
I recently stayed at the Caza Hotel in Fisherman’s Wharf, and it turned out to be an excellent choice for my trip to San Francisco. From its unbeatable location to the overall comfort and cleanliness, the hotel offered a truly pleasant stay that made exploring the city much easier.
First of all, the location is outstanding. Being right in the heart of Fisherman’s Wharf meant that I could reach most major attractions on footPier 39, the famous seafood spots, Ghirardelli Square, and even the cable cars were all within walking distance. The area feels lively and safe, even at night, which added a lot of comfort when moving around after dinner or late activities.
The room itself was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The bedding felt fresh and cozy, and the room was well-maintained upon arrival. While the room size is a bit compact as is common with hotels in San Francisco the layout made it feel practical rather than cramped. The bathroom water pressure and temperature were consistently good, which made a big difference after a long day of sightseeing. It was also quiet at night, making it easy to get good rest.
The staff were friendly and helpful, which really added to the experience. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were quick to answer questions and provide guidance. Their warm attitude created a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived.Show More
