The location is excellent, and the view from our room on the 32nd floor was gorgeous; we could even see the Pacific ...My wife and I stayed here for just one night and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! The location is excellent, and the view from our room on the 32nd floor was gorgeous; we could even see the Pacific Ocean! The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a spacious king-size bed. Their gym is also well equipped and open for 24/7. In addition, we got quick bites for our breakfast at the Market on the 1st floor, which we enjoyed a lot. What really impressed me was the professionalism of the staff. I used valet parking for my Tesla, and on the morning of our departure, I noticed through the Tesla app that they were charging my car. Although they couldn't charge to 100% capacity, this was the first time I’ve experienced that level of thoughtful service, and it made a big difference. Yes, valet parking in San Francisco is expensive, but this extra touch made it feel worthwhile. The only downside was a small miscommunication at check-in. We requested a room with a bathtub, and the receptionist assured us she had found one on the 32nd floor. However, when we arrived, it turned out to be a room with disability accommodations, i.e., a larger bathroom with bar handles, but no bathtub. While not a major issue, it was a bit disappointing. Overall, our stay was excellent. I would rate it 4.5 stars if possible, but since that option isn’t available, I’m happy to give it 5 stars.Show More

Rooms were nice, the hotel only has a fitness centre. Nil spa or pool. Regency club was nice touch though hors d’ouvres weren’t replenished quick. Staff were lovely there though. We did have a rude receptionist who on the first instance I had to ask for a supervisor (Christine) who immediately rectified and compensated the situation. (Room was ready for 6pm, though we arrived at 1pm- there was obviously a technical glitch.) 2nd day, the same receptionist, was just curt with us, not rude but not friendly, wouldn’t accommodate our friends request to the same 34th floor. This was rectified following day by the morning manager who immediately stated there were available rooms and we did a room transfer at 10am. The hotel is nice, the rooms are good. Though it’s missing the touch of luxury and respect. I would not stay here again and definitely rethinking Hyatt.Show More

Fantastisch uitzicht. Weinig tot geen geluidsoverlast van andere kamers of het verkeer op straat. Snelle liften (belangrijk voor hotel van 36 verdiepingen). Goede schoonmaak. Ruime kamer (king size bed met city view). Koffie/thee apparaat op de kamer en ook een strijkplank, strijkijzer en föhn.Show More

The deli was good to pick up last minute snacks, drinks or a bite to eat. The coffee machine in our room was a welcome addition although being from Australia it was a little foreign to me so had to figure out how to use it. We did miss the housekeeper one day as we were in our room when she was in the vicinity but she didn’t come back sadly. Everything else was great, appreciated the ice machine at the end of our floor.Show More
