My booking was for 2 adults 1 child (16 yr old). We had a 22 hour travel day after a delay so we were exhausted. We checked in with the man on reception who was very unfriendly and took a long time giving us our room key etc. We got to our room and the โbedโ that my daughter was meant to sleep on was a sofa bed, not made up and first sitting down on it was โrock hardโ! (Not exaggerating either) i called reception who said they would send housekeeping up, i asked how long as we were very tired, he said 10 minutes. 10 minutes passed so i went back down to reception to ask again and vent how unacceptable this situation is. He advised me that the bedding should be on the inside of the bed if i just pull it out then it is easily made up! I did laugh. I said so Iโve paid just under ยฃ1100 for a room for 3 people and you expect me to start making a bed up after a 22 hour travel day! He raised his shoulders and said โit is in there though i promiseโ! I walked away in disbelief went back to the room, pulled the bed out and no bedding so i called housekeeping myself who were apologetic but took 15 mins to bring some bedding, i asked for an extra quilt to try and make the surface softer for my daughter as it was still rock hard for her to lay on. I complained the next morning again and asked for something to be done but nothing, i got a text off somebody, apologising that we didnโt meet our expectations and if theres anything they could do, i replied and said yes, replace the โboardโ my daughter is expected to sleep on! Nothing happened!
So i do wonder who is actually managing this hotel as any complaint seems to fall on deaf ears! As they say. They action the procedure of communication after a complaint but donโt follow up with a resolve. We never made a coffee in the room as the whole tray of cups, machine, etc was dusty!
The rest of the room was clean and the view was amazing.

3/10 Complete Waste of my Time & Money.
The literal only thing that was nice was the view from the room. But thats because it was just in a higher room. The room was regular.

2/10 It was a great place. Great location. And at the end I was pleased and happy.
Well, it took too long to get a room. They said Check-in with a 4 o'clock. We arrived at 11 o'clock and we didn't get in a room until about 7:30. And the room that they gave me wasn't the room? I was supposed to have but I had a place to rest my head and I wasn't very happy and then they help me out. They give me another room so and I had 2 rooms, but I was pleased at the end. My whole inconvenience was eradicated by then.Give me a better upgrading me and give me a better roomr

When its not all sold out rooms in weekdays , you should give your costumers high floor rooms , they will promote your hotel in social media and you need this i think
Its not cheap to have one night in this hotel so you can do best for your costumers and do not give then 10th floor rooms
Or you can mention next to price , which floor it would be

2/10 Still waiting on 300 dollar credit card holding fee.
Gorgous hotel ,i stayed in room 2608 , fantastic view over the world trade centre- but on check in they insisted upon a deposit of 300 dollars for a two night stay as a holding fee against incurring damages ect...i was informed that this would be released upon check out. Two days later, and my credit card still has not been refunded .When i contacted my bank they assured me that the hotel had not released this holdiing fee oayment. I tried emailing the Millenium hotel on three different occassions and they still have not responded to my emails.

8/10 Corner room view
The location was perfect, and I would definitely stay there again. The only thing I wasn't happy about was that we didn't get a "corner" room with the panoramic view as I was expecting. I asked the concierge about changing the room to a corner room with a better view, and they said that they couldn't move us. They were not very accommodating in that regard. I was still very comfortable in the room, I was just expecting the panoramic view as shown on their website, and I was disappointed by that.

Close to City attractions and subway. Mike on the front door was excellent and really made our stay. He was friendly, informative and gave an excellent impression for the hotel.

9/10 Short and sweet
The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, resulting in newly renovated and clean rooms. The bathroom facilities have been completely updated with all-new fixtures. However, the sink is notably smaller than before. Additionally, the rooms themselves are noticeably smaller compared to their pre-renovation size. The staff are the same friendly and helpful. Despite the small change in room size, will definitely coming back to stay this hotel.

Where's quality control
The shower handle did not work, and I couldn't take my morning shower(the bathtub floor has a shiny sheen. Someone can slip). The coffee maker did not work for one cup of coffee - the water dripped from both sides. The small containers of creamers were spoiled. The refrigerator is not cold enough. . If you're renovating it to look like M Social in midtown, please contact them and also the frequent guests ..

I booked an specific Corner room with panoramic view to the Brooklyn bridge. When I go to check in they told me that the room wasnโt available because they were fully booked. Which I asked why isnโt available if I booked weeks in advance for the same reason. They didnโt give me a high floor which I pay extra for it as well. Iโve stay at millennium multiple times and I have to say this been the worse customer service experience.

8/10 Value 4 star hotel with good access to subway though still under renovation
Stay @ the Renovated queen room with views of WTC museum and downtown. Room is modern and clean. Lobby is small, rugged and still under renovation. Good access to multiple subway line for quick access to midtown and other parts nyc. Area is pretty safe with option for dining etc.

10/10 Perfect hotel to have a good stay in NYC
This is an execptional hotel in New York with a central location just few steps away from the One World Trade Center. The view from the windows are marveouls. The hotel itself is good, the beds are clean and fine. The bathroom is quite book. I really enjoyed my staying here.

The views were wonderful, and the hotel staff was very helpful and great in every way. There's really nothing to complain about. The Metro is a minute from the hotel. Just one thing to note: you have to leave a $600 deposit, which youโll get back approximately three weeks after you check out.

Room not very clean
And a lot of delay to have the cash back of the deposit the. Good place but for the price check in at 4pm and checkout 11am
No parking at the hotel but very close 70$/day 10 day now from my stay and no deposit back very bad and this is something not funny

The location is superb, however it was under construction as of March 2025 and the restaurant/ bar is not open. We stayed in the corner room and the view was breathtaking. Surrounded by subway entrances and right across the street from the Oculus

Room large and clean, nicely recently renovated. Only negatives were there was no safe in the room (suppose to be in every room) and the towels were old and rough.
